It was fast or pretty 😅but it’s done! Now on to some abs and then some nice long stretching.
This is a normal thing to see on a bike ride, right? Biked 2 hours today, and beat the rain!
When you only get 5 hours of sleep, but long run Saturday calls anyway.

Finally getting back into a good routine! Today’s workout was a long run, then a weightlifting sesh. There’s like nobody in the weight room at this time on a Saturday 😈. A empty gym is the best gym.
