Today’s Swim: Long and Smooth 

Friday morning routine 🏊🏻‍♀️Today’s workout:
Warmup up: 300 swim, 100 kick, 200 choice 

Pre set: 2 sets of (6×75 drill/kick/swim by 25; 6x 25 sprint with 5sec rest)

Set: 3×400 long and smooth; 4×50 sprint kick @ 1:00

Cool down: 200 easy
