So I ran indoors and watched Castle on the treadmill. Then I went for a 1.5 hour bike ride. Windy again today, but so sunny. It was high 60s with low humidity. Perfect exercise weather.
Yesterday I went to Crossfit, and it wasn’t that bad! It was 50-40-30-20-10 sit-ups and double unders. I was sore today though. Also swam yesterday to losen things up. Swam about 5,800 yards, so not too shabby.
I’m racing next Saturday, so I’m coming up on my last couple hard workouts before taper!
P.S. Don’t mind the bruise on my right knee. That’s from deadlifts 🙈.
